Account information — name, email address, and password when you sign up, or basic profile info from Google or Sign in with Apple if you use those options.
Trainer profile — bio, specializations, location, and an optional profile photo.
Business data you enter — your clients’ names, contact details, goals, notes, session rates and preferences; your scheduled sessions, programs, and payment/paid status for each session.
Pulse AI assistant conversations — messages you send to the AI assistant, along with the schedule, client, and earnings context needed to answer them.
We don't collect payment card numbers or bank details — Pulse records what you charge and whether it's been paid, but doesn't process payments itself.
To operate your account: authenticate you, sync your data across devices, and display your dashboard, schedule, clients, and earnings.
To power the Pulse AI assistant: when you ask Pulse a question, relevant account data (e.g. upcoming sessions, client list, earnings) is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. See “Third-party services” below.
To maintain and improve the app, including diagnosing bugs and understanding feature usage.
We do not sell your data or your clients’ data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Supabase hosts our database and handles authentication. Your account and business data are stored in a Supabase-managed Postgres database with access controls restricting each trainer to their own data.
Anthropic (Claude API) powers the Pulse AI assistant. When you use that feature, your prompt and the relevant account context described above are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Anthropic processes this data to return a response; see Anthropic’s own privacy documentation for how they handle API data.
Google and Apple provide optional sign-in. If you use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, we receive the basic profile information (name, email) those services share with us — we never see your Google or Apple password.
Data is stored with Supabase using industry-standard security practices, including row-level access controls so trainers can only read and write their own records. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.
You can access and update most of your account, client, and session information directly in the app. To request a full export, correction, or deletion of your account and data, email us at support@puls.ae from your account’s email address. We’ll respond and act on account deletion requests within a reasonable time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example, GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California) to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data and your clients’ data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or legitimate business reasons (for example, financial records).
As a trainer, you enter information about your own clients (names, contact details, goals, notes) into Pulse. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store this information and for honoring any requests your clients make regarding their data. We process it on your behalf as described in this policy.
Pulse is intended for use by adult fitness professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of Pulse after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
